DONALD MICHAEL CAPRI

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, the family announces the passing of Donald Capri on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

He was predeceased by his parents Michael and Francis Capri.

Donald was born and raised in Winnipeg and then settled in East St. Paul in 1969. He attended Glenwood school and Miles Macdonell Collegiate where he met his wife Alice. He was employed for 26 years at CN Express and later at Purolator and the City Of Winnipeg Hydro until his retirement. Winters were spent in Florida and summers were spent at the cottage in Lee River, where he met many lifelong friends and neighbours.

Donald is survived by his sister Sandra (Sebastian) Gallo and family in Calgary.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Alice; son Troy (Valerie) and son Derek; granddaughter Nicole; grandson Daniel and great granddaughter Laina.

He was a loving husband and father who will be missed by all who knew him.

Special thank you to the staff in urgent care at Concordia Hospital.

Cremation has been taken place and as per Donald’s request, no service will be held.

As an expression of sympathy, a donation in memory of Donald may be made to a charity of your choice.
