Sending our sincere condolences on the passing of Ed. He provided our son, Marc, with many summers of landscaping work numerous years ago. He was a vibrant personality!

R I P my friend who I met just a few years ago on vacation with his sweet wife Marianne. He was always excited to share his love of cooking and often gave away some of his dishes.
I tried to follow his journey when he became ill and Certainly a lot of of highs then lows. Saddened by his passing...RIP my friend Eddie

Unlike my husband, Ed knew what my favourite flowers were. He was always very friendly and kind. My condolences to his family. Jane Woelk

We have known Ed and Marianne for over 25 yrs.
Ed took care of our yard and flowers, but more than that we became friends. Ed was a very kind and passionate person. He loved what he did and it always showed in his work. I have spent many hours just having coffee and chatting with Ed when he would pop by . Sometimes just to stick
His finger in my planters and say:
Joann, needs more water, or not enough water
lol
He was such a hard working man but also knew to enjoy life.
He will be missed!

I was so sorry to hear of Eddie’s passing. I used to work with him at Burns Foods, and I have always remembered him for his infectious laugh. My dad, Len, would sometimes drive Eddie to work (Burns Foods), and he would often share how he would have a good laugh with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Ed has been such a great neighbour and friend for 20 years. We will truly miss seeing him in the backyard enjoying his garden and landscaping and just sipping wine by his fireplace. His lively and fun loving spirit will live on in our hearts. Our sincerest condolences to the entire family. We will miss him dearly.

We are thinking of the Spitula family during this difficult time. Ed was our backyard neighbor for 5 years and I have too many amazing memories to count. Ed could often be seen walking through our yard- wine glass in one hand, a tray of his newest recipe in the other always eager to have us give it a taste. Yes even in the snow! We spent many nights in his yard, sitting by the fire enjoying laughs and always a round of fireball! We’ve had a few dance parties with Ed and Marianne in kitchens well into the morning hours, shared many meals at one another’s homes and he was always there to lend a hand with anything yard related. Ed is a man like no other and will be greatly missed. Sending our love. The McQuarrie Family

Kyle and I met Ed through his brother Dennis. We had a common interest of the Jets. When we first met Ed, he was the brightest flame in the fire. His energy was incomparable and passionate in life. This world will miss the personality of Ed. We send our condolences and prayers to all his family and friends.
