WILLIAM ROLAND STARKELL

We are saddened to announce William passed away on Thursday, September, 25, 2025.

He leaves to mourn his sister Mary Ann Street and family, nieces and nephews April, Paul, Brittany, Noon, Justin, David and Cathy.  

He worked for Levys Leathers.

Billy was a kind and gentle person and a great friend. We will miss him.
