I served as Chair of the AVEL committee for a numbers of yearsof transition. Sue's warmth and caring and her commitment to AVEL were evident in every contact. Sue was the face and voice of AVEL. She became my friend, confident, source of inspiration, and cheerleader. her faith encouraged and nurtured mine and she was a blessing to me and many others. I saddened at the news of her death yet find hope in knowing that she is with Doug in the place prepared. Well done good and faithful servant and blessings as you journey
