I worked with Mrs Mulder at Beacon Hill Lodge in the late '70s. I was a new grad nurse, at my first job, and as an experienced nurse, Mrs Mulder was very supportive, generous in sharing her knowledge and experience. It was a small nursing staff, and her kindness made a difference!

My heart goes out to you Deanna and Andrea. I remember your mom vividly from our childhood and playing at your home. She was an elegant woman with many skills. I’ll never forget the time she sent us to get a loaf of fresh bread Deanna, and we picked out and ate half of it on the way home. She wasn’t too happy but she did have a sense of humour about it. My thoughts are with you and your whole family. She was an incredible woman who raised two incredible women.

Before I married Dorothy's nephew, Ron, I had the opportunity in 1995 to spend a week with Dorothy at her home in Winnipeg. I was attending a refresher course at the Dental Hygiene College and Dorothy offered me accommodation and packed me a lunch daily. We got to know each other as we spent the evenings together. She appreciated that I had my car, so we were able to have lunch with Deanna and meet with Max. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea at a Campbell reunion in Saskatoon. Family was very important to Dorothy and she planned most of the reunions I am thankful for her moral support to my husband and I appreciate that Ron has such dear cousins. God bless. Sincerely, Sylvia Campbell

Dorothy was more than just an Aunt to me, she was my favorite and loved Aunt. She was also a mentor to me over the years. Distance was not a deterrent to communicate, she would call when she felt like it and offered me her love and advice for more than 40 years. I am not afraid to say, I don't like the way of communication in this era, we have receded with texting...it just does not allow us to hear the emotions or true feelings of the people we Love. To give you an example of what I mean, Dorothy used to phone on my birthdays and set her hand phone down by the piano and sing & play happy birthday. I am sure that I am not the only one that received this heart touching experience. God's work says, we will live three score and ten, and by His grace, More. Dorothy exceeded that and lived more than most, because of her Loving BIG Heart. Sincerely Ron Campbell
