Obituary of REILLY JOHN LAFORGE-WIEBE
Reilly John Laforge Wiebe
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our son, nephew, cousin and friend, Reilly John Laforge Wiebe. Reilly passed away on March 26, 2025 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 30.
Reilly was predeceased by his beloved Oma and Opa, Neil and Kathie wiebe, his Uncle Randy Wiebe, Uncle Reynold Wiebe and Uncle Richard Wiebe.
Reilly leaves to mourn his parents, Roland Wiebe and Shelly Laforge, his uncle Robert Wiebe (Auntie Cindy), his Uncle Rheinhardt Wiebe (Auntie Leanne), his cousins William (Denise), Westley and Warick, cousin Carl, cousin Vivianna, cousins James, Rachel, Emily, Randy, Mercedes, Jessica and Luke and his cousins Waldo and Edith Fast and Peter, Martha and Richard Wiebe as well as many other relatives and friends.
Reilly John Laforge Wiebe was born on March 9th, 1995 in Abbotsford, British Columbia. He was a beautiful baby, so fresh and delicate. He spent the first three years of his life in B.C.
At the age of three, Reilly made the big trip from B.C. to Winnipeg with his dad for a family wedding. During this time in Winnipeg, Reilly spent his days with his Oma and Opa and he soon became the apple of their eye! Oma and Opa adored Reilly and the trip to Winnipeg became a permanent move for both Roland and Reilly.
Reilly attended school in the Windsor Park area and he also went to church with Oma and Opa where he was taught about Jesus. When taking trips to the country, it became very apparent from an early age that Reilly had a love for dogs! One dog in particular that Reilly spent time with was Noodles! Things that Reilly perhaps didn’t communicate verbally seemed to be affectionately shared with noodles when they would be having fun rolling in the grass or running through the yard!
Many people enjoyed Reilly’s company at family gatherings and events. His passing has brought many hearts to deep mourning. There have been many memories in the past few weeks since Reilly passed away and many tears shed. Reilly was loved and will be missed.
