Gerald Head passed away suddenly on February 24, 2025 at his home, at the age of 73 years.

He was predeceased by his wife, Susan; parents John and Sophie; siblings Charlie (Elizabeth), Tommy (Lena), Joe (Theresa), Harry, Victor (Annette), Eliza (Peter), Floyd, Lana, Donna and Louie.

Gerald is survived by his step-sons, Bradley (Carrie) Thompson and Dwayne (Diane) Thompson. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.

Gerald was born in Ombabika, Ontario and raised in Auden, Ontario. He worked with Manitoba Hydro for 45 years as an Underwater Welder at the Jenpeg Station. He met his loving wife Susan in 1987 and they married in September, 1988 in Winnipeg.  Susan passed away May 21, 2013.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.  Interment to follow at the Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue.
